"The organic Casaloste 2018 Chianti Classico shows depth and generous fruit weight with blackberry, pressed cherry and wild plum. Those dark fruit tones cede to leather, tobacco and tilled earth, and the wine shows some heaviness and extra ripeness with an open-knit texture as it is given time to open in the glass.
