The 2023 Campo alla Casa White is a blend of 60% Vermentino and 40% Sauvignon Blanc. Pale gold color with the merest spritz. Aromas of pastry, green apple skin, grass, and lime. The palate is zesty and citric, with blanched almonds and a pithy phenolic twist to the finish. Pair with fish dishes, white meat, and soft cheeses.
