This gorgeously pure and bright Sauvignon Blanc shows a brilliant bouquet of lemon zest, nectarine, jasmine tea, and quince. The high percentage of silex in the terroir shows through with a distinct flinty note that adds complexity. The palate has plenty of verve, with notes of ginger, anjou pear, and wet stone. A clear vein of minerality keeps everything in balance.
