Meritage – the art of a good Bordeaux style blend. The goal is to build a wine with silky texture, complexity, and robust structure. Cabernet Sauvignon & Petit Verdot as its textural base; dollops of Malbec & Cabernet Franc add complexity and a seamless finish. Some French oak adds the final touch. Blackberry, bramble, plush tannins, good body with ample acidity.
