"A blend of 50% Chardonnay (based on the 2021 vintage, from vines planted in the commune of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ) and 44% Pinot Noir (from the same village and comprising a blend of the 2019 and 2020 vintages), the NV Extra-Brut Premier Cru Rosé displays aromas of rose, peony, strawberries and citrus. Moderately weighted and bright, it has a tense, delicate mid-palate, a pinpoint mousse and a long, precise and delicate finish. This blend contains 6% red wine vinified in barrels and was disgorged with a dosage of 5.5 grams per liter." Wine Advocate 92+
