The Pares Balta Blanc de Pacs is a blend of three traditional varieties from Penedes: Xarel·lo, Parellada and Macabeu. It has a very intense aroma dominated by ripe white fruits, such as pear and apple, on a light floral background. On the palate it is fresh and displays a good acidity. Its passage is smooth, leaving an intense memory of fruit and a sensation of freshness. Perfect for pairing with all types of fish and seafood. Good with salads and cold dishes. Certified organic and vegan.
