"The 2021 Pinot Noir Bodega Thieriot Vineyard is a new wine from Senses. Grapes come from the brand's third estate vineyard, which was planted in 2016 and is located just across the fence line from Occidental Wines, five miles from the Pacific Ocean. Matured for 10 months in about one-quarter new French oak, it has slowly unfolding scents of blackberry jam, blood orange, prosciutto, flint and wildflowers. The palate is seamless and expressive, effortlessly balancing concentrated flavors, silky tannins and vibrant acidity. It has a long finish laced with youthful oak spices and deserves 2-3+ years in bottle to unwind." Wine Advocate 95
