"The Uccelliera 2022 Rapace is a blend of 70% Sangiovese, 20% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon that delivers a velvety and sunny Tuscan expression. Ripe blackberry and dark plum lead the bouquet, supported by sweet earth and a medium-rich texture. While intentionally simple in style, the inclusion of the French varieties lends a playful sense of individuality in a region dominated by Sangiovese.
